NextTask does not collect, store, or transmit personal data to external servers.

All data you enter into the app (such as tasks, preferences, or other content) is stored locally on your device only.

2. How Your Information Is Used

Any data you input is used solely to provide the app’s functionality. This includes:

• Displaying and managing your content within the app
• Saving your preferences and settings

Your data never leaves your device.

3. Data Storage and Security

All data is stored locally using your device’s built-in storage systems. We do not have access to this data.

While we take reasonable steps to design a secure app, the security of your data also depends on your device’s security (such as passcodes, Face ID, or encryption).

4. Data Sharing

We do not:

• Share your data with third parties
• Sell your data
• Upload your data to any servers

5. Third-Party Services

NextTask does not use third-party analytics, tracking tools, or external services that collect user data.

6. Children’s Privacy

NextTask does not knowingly collect any personal information from children under 13, as no data is collected at all.

7. Your Control Over Data

Since all data is stored locally:

• You can delete your data at any time by removing content within the app or uninstalling the app
• Uninstalling the app will remove all associated data from your device

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by updating the “Effective Date” above.

10. External Integrations (Canvas)

If you choose to connect your account to Canvas, the app may access your assignment data (such as to-do items) from your Canvas account in order to display it within the app.

• This data is read-only and used only for display and organization
• All imported data is stored locally on your device only
• We do not store, transmit, or share this data on external servers
• We do not have access to your Canvas login credentials
• Connection to Canvas is optional and can be removed at any time

Use of Canvas is subject to its own privacy policy and terms.

Summary: NextTask is designed with privacy in mind. Your data stays on your device and is never collected, transmitted, or shared.
